5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY whose address is set
forth above is qualified under the laws of Florida to serve
as personal representative of the decedent's estate and is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because it is the named personal representative under CLAUSE
SIXTH of decedent's Last Will.
