HABERKOST and LOIS HABERKOST, 113 Strawbridge Avenue,
Westmont, New Jersey, 18108.
(b) One-third (1/3) of my residuary estate to MRS. JOSEPH
NICHOLS, 1302 Fork Creek Trail, Decatur, Georgia.
SIXTH
I hereby nominate and appoint the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a
Florida banking corporation with trust powers, Fort Pierce, Flor-
ida, or its successor, to act as Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament, to serve without bond, and giving and granting
said Executor the right to sell, with or without the Order of any
Court , at public or private sale.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this, my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Count ,
Florida, this o2 day of September, A. D. 1969.
