The petitioner, HOWARD D. KLEMAN, alleges: ~ a
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as a
beneficiary and nominated personal representative.
1. Petitioner's name and address is HOWARD D. KLEMAN,
R. R. #1, Box 634 F, Pompano Beach, Florida, 33067, and the name
and address of petitioner's attorney is set forth at the end of
this Petition.
2. Decedent, 1;OROTHY VANDER WIELE, whose last known address
was 8201 Bayard Road, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
whose age was 73 and whose social security number is 178-12-2208,
died on January 16, 1979, at Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and at the
time of death, decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and
the ages of any who are minors are:
