sentative because he is the nominated personal representative.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are: Real Property - $38,000.00; Automobile $3,200.00;
Diamond Ring - $1,000.00; Miscellaneous Personal Property - $500.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph eight.
