and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby f
revoking all former Wills and Codicils made by me.

ITEM I I acknowledge and
declare that I am
a resident of Tamarac, Braward County, Florida, my permanent
residence and legal domicile being, 4916 N. W. SSth Street,
Tamarac, Florida.
ITEM II I direct that my
