Provided, however, that if my said son fails to survive me
the share that he would have otherwise taken shall go to his
issue, per stirpes, and provided, further, that should any
issue of my deceased son be a minor at the time of my death,
the gift made to that minor shall be distributed to the
surviving parent of said minor, in trust, for the benefit
of said minor.
The Trustee shall have the duties and powers of
custodians under the Florida Gifts to Minors Act set forth
in the Florida Statutes as from time to time amended, together
with all other powers and protections granted to trustees by
statute, including the prudent man rule, uniform principal
and income law and the uniform trust administration law.
I direct that said Trustee shall serve without
bond and I waive compliance by the Trustee appointed in this
Will with the provisions of the trust accounting law, Chapter
737, of the Florida Statutes, as that Chapter now exists or
may be amended hereunder.
I further waive compliance with any other law
requiring qualification of trustees or administration or
accounting by trustees under the supervision of any court.

E ITEM V I hereby nominate,

my son, HOWARD D. KLEMAN, as Executor of this, my Last Will
and Testament, and I direct that no bond shall be required

of him such capacity.
I give and grant unto my Executor , or any successor,
all of the rights, powers and duties granted to fiduciaries
under the laws of the State of Florida.
