creditors, trustees or any other unknown
party claiming by, through, under or ~
against any such respective decedent; All
unknown parties claiming any interest in
any of the property hereinafter described,
by, through, under or against LACY B. SCOTT
a/k/a LACY B. HUBBARD, now deceased, whether
said unknown parties claim as spouse, heirs,
devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors,
creditors, trustees or other claimants; All
unknown natural persons if alive, and if =
dead or not known to be dead or alive,
their several and respective unknown spouse,
heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors or
other parties claiming by, through, under
or against those unknown natural persons;
and any and all other claimants, persons or
parties, natural or corporate, or whose
exact legal status is unknown, claiming
under any of the above named or described
defendants or parties or claiming to have
any right, title or interest in and to the
lands hereafter described,

suites, carpet and venetian blinds located therein.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such property
