FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause coming on to be heard on the 6th day of April, 1977,
upon the verified Petition for Adoption filed in this cause by the
Petitioners, ROBERT J. BIELSKI and SHEILA M. BIELSKI, Husband and Wife,
and the Recommendation for and Consent to Adoption by the Catholic
Social Services, Inc., and the Court has determined that the Petitioners
are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child, namely, JOVAN JOHN
BIELSKI, and that the best interests of the child will be promoted by
the adoption, and that the child is suitable for adoption by the
Petitioners, it is thereupon:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, JOVAN JOHN BIELSKI, is

declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, and is hereby given
the name of JOVAN,JOHN BIELSKI, by which he shall hereafter be known;
that said child, upon entry hereof, is and shall hereafter be the legal
heir of the Petitioners, ROBERT J. BIELSKI and SHEILA M. BIELSKI, and
entitled to all rights and privileges and subject to obligations the
same as though he were a natural born child of the Petitioners.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
