YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT an amended action for dissolution
of marriage has been filed against you and you are required to serve
a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on McDONALD, KENNEY & i
RUSSAKIS, Attorneys,~Suite 200, Citizens Federal Building, 1600 South
Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and file the original with
the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before the ~~day of May,
1979, otherwise a judgment may be entered against you for the relief
demanded in said petition.
Said Petition is for a Dissolution of a Marriage, award of child
custody under the Uniform Child Custody Act, and to have the Court
determine that the Petitioner, BILLY BROWN, is entitled to the above
wife's interest in the following-described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
