THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the
Petitioner's motion to amend the Petition and the Court after
being advised by counsel for the Respondent that there was no
objection to the filing of an Amended Petition and the Court
after being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, ROGER JOHN SASS,

SR., shall be granted leave of Court to file an Amended
Petition, said Amended Petition being filed simultaneously with
the motion to amend the Petition; that the Respondent shall have
twenty (20) days from the date of this order to file her response f

thereto.
