FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 22nd day of February,

1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the j
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that '
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and i
should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DAVID
MILTON LURRY, JR., Husband, and MARLENE G. LURRY, Wife, be and
the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising there-

2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAVID LURRY and DAVON LURRY, minor; ,
childrp~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband,.

DAVID MILTON LURRY, JR., with reasonable visitation rights as

r ~ set forth herein reserved to the Wife, MARLENE G. LURRY.

Custody of MARSHA LURRY and MARIALENA LURRY, minor children of
the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, MARLENE G. LURRY,

with reasonable visitation rights as set forth herein reserved
to the Husband, DAVID MILTON LURRY, JR.

The Wife's visitation with DAVID LURRY and DAVON LURRY,
shall be every other weekend, at which time all four children s
will be spending the weekend together. On alternating weekends,' ;
the Husband, DAVID MILTON LURRY, JR., shall have visitation with
