Visitation during the Summer shall ~ I' be divided equally according to the mutual agreement of the t' t parents, so that the children are together all Summer, half 1 with each party hereto. j 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of March, 1979, the Husband, DAVID MILTON LURRY, JR., shall pay to the Wife, { MARLENE G. LURRY, the sum of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per child per month, for the support of the minor children, MARSHA LURRY and MARLALENA LURRY. Said support payments shall continue I. for each child until said child becomes emancipated, married, self-supporting, or attains the age of eighteen (18) years, ~ whichever shall first occur. All support payments shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to Marlene G. Lurry. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order, I or cashier's check. Both of the parties hereto are ordered to ' keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. 4. ALIMONY. The Court-finds and determines that the Wife is entitled to rehabilitative alimony to be paid at the rate i of $100.00 per month, for a period of twenty-four (24) months, F commencing the z3'~ day of March, 1979. In addition, the Wife is hereby awarded the Husband's interest in the marital home being more particularly described as: Lot 6, Block 2, SABAL PALMS SUBDIVISION .according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 16, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said lands lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. .That upon the Husband executing and delivering a quit-claim deed and delivering same to the Wife or her Attorney, all further obligations relating to the marital home, specifically including, wort a e a ents, taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc., will be Sg Pym t the sole total obligation and responsibility of the Wife.
