~ 5. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. The Husband shall be the sole

i~ owner of the 1969 Plymouth, and the Wife shall have the 1973 1

Volkswagon, with the Husband making all payments necessary to

transfer the Volkswagon to the Wife, free and clear of all liens

or encumbrances. All items of household furnishings and effects]

shall be divided equally between the parties. Additionally,
the Husband shall be allowed to retrieve from the home the
following enumerated items which are hereby determined to be Nisi

personal effects: Jaguar, Jon Boat, Organ, Rifle, Clothes,
1 Wood, Books, Dogs, Windshield, Speakers, Record Albums, etc. ~
' The Husband is hereby ordered to pay the bill incurred by the j
Wife for a physical check-up at Dr. Baliton's office, being in 1

the amount of $24.00. ~
6. ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. As to the question of 1
attorneys' fees, the Husband is directed and ordered~to pay to
the Wife's attorneys Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) towards

attorneys' fees. Each party shall bear his or her own costs
in this cause.
7. JURISDICTION. The Court hereby reserves jurisdiction t
for the entry of all future orders which may be just and proper.:
