SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of E26,500.00 and X8,500.00 respectively----------------
Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred and Eight Thousand Five Hundred-------- OO~LARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:

Raymond C. Roberts and Jo Ann Roberts, his wife

requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS ANO LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the pr~m-
ices hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as welt in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration

Raymond C. Roberts and Jo Ann Roberts, his wife
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Raymond C. Roberts, and Jo Ann Roberts, his wife
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, f

to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along the North R/W line 421.29
feet more or less to the West R/W line of Campbell Road; thence Northerly -

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Raymond C. Roberts and Jo Ann Roberts, his wife
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lean of said mortgage, and every part there-
of; Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish. the effect,
lean or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the right: and remedies of the holder thereof. .
