further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said peclaration, its
. Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges-that each and
every provision o£- the foregoing is essential to tl~e sucessful ol~er:rtion and martage-
ment of the Condominitan property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tite aforeclescribed
Condominitam covenant ~u~d agree to abide by each and every provision of said heclar-
ati:on of Condominiwn arul Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Ikclaration of Condo-
minitan and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment tu~cler the
Property O~,mers' Association doctanents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (a~niers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiton parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said heclarati.on of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property (homers' Association and said Purchaser assrnnes the
obligations as to the Property Otianers' Association as to his condcxniniturt parcel.
Rrrchaser confirms that alI warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Ieclaration of (:c~ndominitnn ;end l:xhihits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due under the Property (>w~~er's Association
and other charges arc estim;tted only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except ~ol~cre the .same is specifically warranted or guarautteed
in said Declaration of Condominiwn and the Exhibits attached thereto.
