That part of Lots 18, 23 and 26 lying Northerly and Westerly of Okeechobee
Road, in Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as recorded in s
Plat Book 3, Page 23 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. '
Said part extending no more than 10 feet Northwesterly beyond the New ~ F
Right of Way Line for State Road 70, as located in Parcel 113. .
Containing 0.345 of an acre, more or less.
All as shown on the Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2513, State Road 70,
St. Lucie County.

for the purpose~of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways,
walkways, etc. thereon with the construction~to be undertaken by the Department
of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This =ASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that
all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural improvements ~
.within the limits designated, and all work will be performed in such marner that
existing structural improvements will not be damaged.
This EASEMENT shall expire upoh the completion of the construction of the
said road project, anticipated to be in three (3) years, and co~ensation
is presently based upon said period.
