You and each of you are hereby severally notified that the Plaintiff
filed its sworn Complaint, together with its Declaration of Taking in
the above styled Court against you and each of you as defendants seep-
ing to condemn the above described property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, by Eminent Domain proceedings.

You are further notified that the plaintiff will call up for
hearing before the Honorable DWIGHT L GEIGER ,
one of the Judges of the above styled Court on the day of
