ARTICLE II,T - TRUST ESTATE
Grantor has transferred and delivered to Trustee the
property listed in Schedule A annexed hereto, and certain other
property, to have and to hold the same and any cash, securities,
or other real and personal property which Trustee may, pursuant
to any of the provisions hereof at any time hereafter hold or
acquire. The term "Trust Estate" shall refer to this property,
any additional property acquired by Trustee pursuant to para-
graph A of this Article and any undistributed income.
A. Additional Property.
Grantor or any other person, with consent of Trustee,
may add other property to any trust hereby created, by trans-
ferring such property to Trustee hereunder by deed, assignment i

r or other instruments of transfer or bequest or devise, and if

so added, such property shall be covered by the provisions hereof,

' the same as if originally included hereunder. Grantor's Will }
may direct that apart or all of his estate shall be delivered to
f
Trustee for administration by him under this Trust Agreement.
