ARTICLE IV - REVOCABLE RIGHT OF GRANTOR
Grantor shall have and possess, and hereby reserves the
following rights and powers, to be exercised at any time and
from time to time in writing and effective when delivered to the
Trustee hereunder:
A. To revoke this Trust Agreement and any trust estab-
lished hereunder in whole or in part, whereupon the Trust Estate
or the part thereof affected thereby shall be distributed as
Grantor shall direct. in writing;
B. To change the identity or number .or both of Trustee
'i hereunder;

. C. To alter or amend this Agreement in. any and every
particular; and
~ D. To withdraw any or all Trust Estate from the operation
of this Trust Agreement.
