ARTICLE V - DISTRIBUTION OF INCOI~
The Trust Estate shall be held, administered and
distributed in accordance with the terms of this Article and
Articles V, VI and VII following.
A. Income For Grantor. Trustee, in Trustee's discretion, shall
distribute the entire net income in quarterly-annual installments
or at more frequent intervals, to Grantor for his lifetime. If,
in the judgment of Trustee, Grantor shall become unable to manage
his own property or his affairs because of illness, disability, .
incompetency or other reason, whether or not the incompetency
is adjudicated; the net income of the trust shall be distributed
for his direct or indirect benefit in the discretion of Trustee,
the distribution to be determined .and made in the same manner and
for the purposes for which discretionary distributions of principal

[ are authorized in paragraph B. below. All undistributed income
shall be added to the principal.

B. Discretionary Distribution of Principal. Discretionary distri-
butions of principal of the trust may be made from time to time
for the direct or indirect benefit of Grantor even though it
results in exhausting the principal. The distributions shall
be in such amounts as in the discretion of Trustee shall be
necessary or desirable for maintenance of the beneficiary in good
health, reasonable comfort and for his welfare, taking into consider-

ation the standard of living to which Grantor or his family is
accustomed at the time of distribution; and said discretionary
