HomeMy WebLinkAbout1778 . r ARTICLE VI - ADMINISTTtATION AFTER GRANTOR'S DEATH After death of Grantor, the Trust Estate shall be managed and distributed in the following manner. A. General Power of Appointment Reserved by Grantor. Grantor reserves the right to appoint any part or all of the Trust Estate by Grantor's Will duly proved and by specific reference to this power of appointment. Any property not so appointed shall be managed and distributed in the manner hereafter provided. B. Payment of Debts, Taxes, Administration. (1) Trustee may pay all or such portion of the following items as the Personal Representative of Grantor's estate may from time to time request: t (a) Debts which Grantor is legally obligated to pay at the time of his death; E s (b) Miscellaneous taxes and costs of administration of Grantor's estate; e (c) Grantor's last illness and funeral expenses; and (d) Any estate, inheritance, succession and other death taxes of any nature, together with any interest and penalties 3 thereon, which may be lev~~d or assessed by reason of Grantor's death by the laws of any State or of the United States with respect to property passing under Grantor's Will, property held by Trustee under this Trust Agreement, or any other property included in Grantor's taxable estate. t F 3 (2) At election of Trustee, said debts, expenses and taxes z g0~!c~ PAGE ~ ~ . x
