may be paid out of either the principal or income of the Trust
. Estate, and Trustee may accumulate income for this purpose. Trustee
shall have the sole discretion, but shall not be required, to make
compensating distribution to any beneficiary for the adverse
economic consequence of making any election to pay the aforesaid
obligations from income or principal.
(3) If Grantor's spouse survives Grantor any payment of
such debts, takes and administration shall not be paid from nor
diminish the share of the Trust Estate given over to the Marital
Share, Article VII.
(4) Payment shall be made only from assets of the Trust
Estate or the income therefrom that are included in Grantor's
gross estate for estate tax purposes.
C.- Distributable Residuary Trust Estate. The residuary Trust
F Estate available for distribution shall consist of whatever shall

administration pursuant to paragraph B of this Article, and in

Grantor's death.
