Remainder. , If Grantor's spouse predeceases him or if Grantor's spouse survives him, then on termination of the Residuary Trust (paragraph B); Trustee shall distribute the Trust Estate to Grantor's children who survive him or to the descendants of the children who predecease him, per stirpes. If there are none of those , persons, the share of a deceased child shall be added in equal shares to the shares of Grantor's other children, whether living or de- ceased; and if there are none of those persons to take-these shares, then to those persons listed in paragraph E ~ of this Article. D. McDowell Irrevocable Trust. Provided however, if any share or portion of a share under paragraph C, of this Article VII becomes distributable to a ~ beneficiary for whom Trustee of my Irrevocable Trust under trust instrument dated December 22, 1976, and as later amended, is then holding in tr~ist assets for the benefit of said beneficiary, then 4 and in such. event said share or portion of a share of the Trust Estate shall be added to and merged with the principal of said t p trust for said beneficiary; and thereafter held, administered and disposed of in accordance with the terms and conditions of that trust agreement.
