of Marion Raysin or Hyacinth Diehl, Trustee shall terminate the

trust and distribute the Trust Estate, in the discretion of the
Trustee, to the Foundations of Florida Atlantic University in Boca
Raton, Florida and Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida
and the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Although
Trustee shall use his sole discretion in making these gifts, Grantor ;

suggests that the gifts be equally divided among the three founda-
tions whenever possible.

F. Trust For Minors.

If any share or portion of a share of the Trust Estate
f
becomes distributable to a beneficiary for whom no trustee is then
holding assets for the benefit of said beneficiary; and said bane-
' ficiary has not attained the age of 21 years; then and in such
event,Trustee shall continue to hold said share until said benefi-
i ciary becomes 21 years of age or dies, whichever event shall first
i
j occur.

During the period that possession of any share or portion
of a share is being retained by Trustee until the beneficiary

thereof becomes 21 years of age; Trustee shall pay to or for the

~ benefit of any such beneficiary so much of the net income and

principal as such share or portion as may be required for the
f
necessary care, support and education of such beneficiary, taking
into consideration all other resources available for such purposes
from all sources known to Trustee, and Trustee shall add to the
principal of such share or portion thereof any net income not so

expended.
