HomeMy WebLinkAbout1788 E. Removal. A Trustee may at any time be removed from his office as Trustee by delivery of written notice signed by Grantor. In the event that Grantor is under a~legal disability or deceased, and likewise Grantor's spouse is under legal disability or deceased,. a Trustee may be removed by delivery of written notice signed by the majority of beneficiaries of the income and principal who have attained their 21st birthday. F. Liability of Trustee. Trustee shall not be liable for loss caused by honest errors of judgment made by him or his agents or employees, or by any good faith exercise of the discretions given to him. G. Waiver of Bond. No Trustee appointed hereunder shall be required to furnish any bond or other security in any jurisdiction I for the faithful performance of Trustee's duties as such, the same being expressly waived hereby. i I i f s _ 9 ` H. Accounting by Trustee. Instead, Trustee shall prepare an account for each taxable year of the trust, and, whenever a Trustee ceases to serve, an account shall be prepared from the time of the last prior account through the end of the period of service. Trustee shall °~o ~s E keep each account available for inspection by and may deliver copies s to the beneficiaries eligible within the period covered thereby to y receive benefits from this Trust Agreement. The written approval ~ of an account by such a beneficiary, or by his or her guardian if ~ such beneficiary is otherwise incompetent, shall be final and binding k ! ,
