If in the judgment of Trustee the value of the principal held in any trust does not warrant the continuance of the trust under the circumstances then existing, Trustee in Trustee's discretion is authorized to terminate the trust .and to distribute to each beneficiary his or her share of the Trust Estate. A distribution to a beneficiary 1 who is a minor at the time of distribution shall be made to the custodian for the minor under the Florida Gifts to Minors Act. If there is none, the custodian shall be appointed by Trustee, and Trustee may appoint himself as custodian. - 4. Power to Accept Assets. Trustee is authorized to accept the assets that are distributed to him by the Personal E i Representative of Grantor's estate as being in full satisfaction I of all gifts-given to him under Grantor's Will. Trustee is also i t authorized to accept assets delivered to him by the predecessor Trustee.
