- -that is apart of the original principal of Grantor's estate or
trust at the time Trustee assumes responsibilities thereunder,
and Trustee shall not be governed by the provisions of Chapter 738,
Florida statutes, and as amended.
2. Allocate Trustee's Fees. To allocate between prin-
cipal and income, Trustee's fees, attorney fees and other like
trust expenses described in Chapter 738, Florida statutes, and as
amended, as in Trustee's discretion is equitable notwithstanding such
allocations may be in contradiction of said statutes; and-Trustee
shall not be obligated to reimburse or adjust the accounts of either
the income or remainder beneficiaries, but in Trustee's sole dis-
'cretion Trustee may make a compensating distribution to any
beneficiary for any adverse economic consequence attributed to the
aforesaid allocation.
