D. Proper Health. The term "proper health" shall be construed ,
to include medial (including mental health), dental, hospital,
drug and nursing costs, as well as all expenses of invalidism
and costs of medically prescribed equipment and travel.
E. Construction of Agreement. The headings and subheadings used
throughout this Trust Agreement are for convenience only and have
no significance in the interpretation of the body of this Trust
Agreement, and Grantor directs that they be disregarded in con- '
struing the provisions of this trust. _
F. Rule Against Perpetuities. If it is deemed that this Trust
Agreement is governed by the Rule Against Perpetuities, it shall
terminate 21 years after the death of the last survivor of such
j of the beneficiaries of this Trust Agreement as were living upon
the date of the creation thereof and thereupon the property-held
in the Trust Estate shall be distributed to the beneficiary or
beneficiaries named herein.
G. Situs of Trust. This Trust Agreement has been accepted by
Trustee in the state of Florida, and it shall be construed and
regulated and all rights under it shall be governed by the laws
of this State.
