FOR DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS
TO THE. PUBLIC AND~TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
BE IT KNOWN AND YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that•'the City Commission or' the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida under authority of Chapter 167-05 Laws of Florida and
Party under authority of Article 2, Section 14, Sub-section 9, as amended, of
the City Charter entitled "Removal of Buildings and Nuisances" after Public
Hearing did adopt Resolution 77-97 on December 19, 1977; Resolution 78-23 on
March 28, 1978 and Resolution 78-37 on May 16, 1978 authorizing and
instructing City Manager to remove or cause to be removed the buildings on
the following described properties lying and being situate in the City of
Fort Pierce, Florida, to wit
