INC., is a Florida corporation, and is engaged in a
business enterprise under the fictitious name of SKATETOWN,
U.S.A., located at 4100 Orange Avenue Extension, in the
City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, Florida.
Those interested in the enterprise, and the
extent of the interest is SUNNY WHEELS, INC., a Florida
corporation; owner.
