ROBERT WOENNIEL AND JOAN WOEMw1EL, HIS WIFE
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 1st day of December A.D., 1978 ,and recorded
in the office of the perk of the Grcuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in O, R, Book 300 Page 9 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of
Forty Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100---------(E40,800.00)------------ DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said
ROBERT WOENMEL AND JOAN WOENMEL, HIS WIFE

requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinaher described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable conuideration
dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
ROBERT WOENMEL AND JOAN WOEMMEL, HIS WIFE
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
ROBERT WOEMi~11EL AND JOAN WOEMMEL, HIS WIFE
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
