COSTA, INC., by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of September A.D. ~ 1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 206, Page 2585, granted and conveyed unto NEW JERSEY REALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey Corporation and assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of TWO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as therein mentioned, as modified pursuant to a Mortgage Extension Agreement including George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, his wife, dated November 26, 1973, recorded at Official Records Book 222, Page 821, as modified again pursuant to a Mortgage Modification, Consolidation and Extension Agreement, dated June 10, 1977, recorded at Official Records Book 274, Page 2297, all of which recordings were in Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. AND WHEREAS, MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANR, a national banking association, is now the owner and holder of said mortgage AND WHEREAS, LUCILLE V. COSTA, is-now owner of the property described in said mortgage and has requested the said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK to release the premises hereinafter described, bein3 part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operatiari'of said Mortgage: - NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, as well in consideration of the premises; the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said LUCILLE V. COSTA at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit- claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said LUCILLE V. COSTA; her heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land„ being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage'; to wit: 2711-I North A-1-A The North 16.66 feet of the South 91.22 feet of Lot 4, Block 7 of CORAL COVE BEACH SUBDIVISION and the East 10 feet of a vacated alley adjacent thereto on the West as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 30B, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
