Weatherington, reviewed the comments of the St. Lucie County Development Review Committee on th s application, and made the following determinations: 1. A 3-lot residential subdivision has been proposed for the project Io be known as Dravo Subdivision on the east side of Silver Oak Drive, at the sc Jtheast corner of the intersection of McQuillen Road and Silver Oak Drive. 2. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the site plan for the proposed project and found it to meet technical requirements of the Land ~evelopment Code and to be consistent with the St. Lucia County Comprehe~ siva Plan. 3. The proposed project is consistent with the general purpose, gO'LIs, objectives, and standards of the St. Lucia County Comprehensive Plan and the St. Lucia County Land Development Code. 4. The proposed project will not have an undue adverse effect on adjacent property, the character of the neighborhood, traffic conditions, parking, uti ity facilities, or other matters affecting the public health, safety, and general wel are. 5. All reasonable steps have been taken to minimize any adverse ~ ffect of the proposed project on the immediate vicinity through building desi! In, site design, landscaping, and screening. The proposed project will be constructed, arranged, .and operate so as not to interfere with the development and use of neighboring property, accordance with applicable district regulations. 7. The proposed project is to be served by onsite wells and septic ,stems. 8. The applicant has applied for and received a certificate of capa( ~/, a copy of which is attached to this order as Exhibit A, as required under C~apter V, St. Lucie County Land Development Code. ¸6.
