MABEL DAVISON, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on for trial on the 9th day of April,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of
I this Court against Billy A. Davison be and the same is hereby
f
approved, ratified and confirmed.
€ 2. The marriage between BILLY A. DAVISON and MABEL
s
DAVISON be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
3. Each of the parties hereto is hereby enjoined
:
and restrained from interfering with, harassing, molesting or
annoying the other.
ORDERED at Stuart, Martin County, Florida this 9th day of
April, 1979. ;
