read Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Injunction and the affi-
davit of Plaintiff PEGGY ADAMS in support thereof, having heard

the testimony of Defendants, P. DIXON and 0. DIXON and having

Plaintiff and Rupert Koblegard, Esq., attorney for Defendants,

and being otherwise fully advised in the premises it is hereby:

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED by this Court that:

1. The Court finds that Plaintiff, PEGGY ADAMS was

~ a residential tentant under F.S. Chapter 83, Part 2, at the ~

's premises, 1606 Avenue D., Ft. Pierce, Florida pursuant to a week

to week tenancy ; and
2. That Defendant, P. DIXON and 0. DIXON evicted

~ Plaintiff, PEGGY ADAMS without having filed a Petition for Re-

fj moval of Tenant or having obtained an order and-warrant for her ~
eviction; and further
~ 3. That week to week tenanc s can be terminated

upon seven (7) day notice. That over two weeks elapsed since
