SUSAN J. KEISER, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on for trial on the 9th day of April,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between BRUCE L. KEISER and SUSAN
J. KEISER be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

~ therefrom.

2. Custody of BRAD LEE KEISER, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to SUSAN J. KEISER with liberal visita-
tion rights reserved to BRUCE L. KEISER.
3. Commencing the 30th day of April, 1979 BRUCE L.
KEISER shall pay to SUSAN J. KEISER the sum of $150 each and every
} month for the support of the minor child named above.
Each of such payments shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court and by him remitted promptly to SUSAN J. KEISER. In

addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
