RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR, Husband,
and
MARGARET LOUISE FOEHR, Wife.
ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on the 2nd day of April, 1979,
upon the Wife's Motion for Contempt and Request for Attorneys'
Fees, and both of the parties being present in open Court and
represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband had the financial ability to pay the
sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of
wilful contempt of this Court for his wilful failure to pay
support payments as directed by orders duly entered herein.
It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i
a. That the Husband pay to the Wife the sum of $765.00
on .or before April 10, 1979; ,
b. That in the event the Husband fails to make the payment

as set forth above, he is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30)
days in the St. Lucie County Jail as punishment for contempt,
said incarceration to commence on the 11th day of April, 1979.
It is therefore
ORDERED that ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE
~ OF FLORIDA take into custody the said RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR on

the said date and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
i
County, Florida, for the execution of the above-described
~ judgment and sentence. The CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT and THIS
COURT shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
