FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This cause having come on this day for hearing on Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment of Foreclosure on plaintiff's complaint
and the evidence in support of such complaint, and the Court.
having noted that. due and legal service of process has been had
upon Randy T. Walker, Peter M. Learning and Brenda E. Learning, his
wife each of the defendants herein; that an answer has been filed
herein by the defendants Peter M. Learning and Brenda E. Learning,
his wife; that a default has been entered herein against the
defendant Randy T. Walker for his failure to serve any papers on
the plaintiff or to file any papers as required by law, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon
the defendants Randy T. Walker, Peter M. Learning and Brenda E.
Learning, his wife; that the default previously entered in this
~ cause against the defendant Randy T. Walker is hereby ratified and
confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter

of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allegations contained
t
in the complaint have been proved by competent evidence and the
equities in this cause are with the Plaintiff.
2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this
cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereinafter
' described and the mortgage is in default as alleged in the complaint.
