SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that JAMES D. REVELLE,
GERALD A. REVELLE and DECOKES JEAN REVELLE, his wife, the owners
and holders of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness secured
thereby, executed by ROBERT A. ALLAN and PHYLLIS C. ALLAN, his

wife, under date of January 18, 1979, recorded in 0. R. Book
302, page 11, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, en-
cumbering real property situate in St. Lucie County. Florida, as
follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 17, SUt1RISE ESTATES, St.
Lucie County, Florida, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 75,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
at the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of Ten '
Dollars and other valuable considerations inuring to the under-
signed from ROBERT A. ALLAN and PHYLLIS C. ALLAN, his wife, do
hereby subordinate the lien and operation. of said mortgage to
the lien and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebt-
edness secured thereby, executed by the said mortgagors to FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE under the date of February 28, 1979,
recorded in 0. R. Book 304, page 743, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida-, securing the sum of $118,200.00, and encumbering
the above described real property, in the same manner and effect
as i.f said mortas~ve had beer. da*_ed ard. filed for public record
prior to and in advance of the mortgage held by the undersigned
which is hereby subordinated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto fixed our hands and seals
this 28th day of March, 1979.
