Will, died May 18, 1976, in Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. DOROTHY RAHME SMITH, the person constituting the majority in
interest of persons entitled to the estate, hereby joins in this petition
for appointment of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, o act as personal E
representative,.
Petitioner requests •that the decedent's will be admitted to probate and that
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
