ARTICLE I ~
All my tangible personal property, specifically
including, but not by way of limitation, all my personal t
effects, household goods, jewelry, articles of personal
adornment, books, works of art, silver (and silverware),
boats, automobiles, and any and all policies of insurance
on such property, I give and bequeath to my daughter,
DOROTHY RAHME SMITH, if she shall survive me. If my said
daughter shall not survive me, I give and bequeath said
tangible personal property to my grandchildren, KAREN
LOUZSE SMITH, STEPHANIE LYNN SMITH, DEBORAH ANN SMITH,
DENNIS RAHME SMITH, and DAVID E. RAHME who are then living

in shares of equal value as determined by my personal
re resentative.

ARTICLE III
A. I give and bequeath the sum of FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($500.00) or ONE PERCENT (1$) of my gross estate,

after the payment of my just debts, the cost of administer- i
ing my estate and any and all succession, inheritance or

other taxes, whichever is the lesser, to THE AMERICAN BIBLE

SOCIETY, or its successor.
~ B. I give and bequeath the sum of FIVE HUNDRED
€ DOLLARS ($500.00) or ONE PERCENT (1$) of my gross estate,
after the payment of my just debts, the cost of administer-

y other taxes, whichever is the lesser, to FLORIDA BAPTIST ~
CHILDREN'S HOME, Lakeland, Florida, or its successor.
C. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate that I may own at the time of my death, wheresover
situate, and including any life insurance proceeds that may
