I hereby waive compliance by my trustee with the pro-
visions of Chapter 737 of the Florida Statutes as such
t
Chapter now exists or may hereafter be amended.
No trustee hereunder shall be required to file ap-
praisements, inventories or accountings with any court
having jurisdiction over such matters, nor shall any suc-
cessor trustee be ordered to inquire into the legality of "
the acts of his predecessor, nor shall successor trustees ~
be required to audit the accounts of his predecessor; }
provided, however, that the majority of the beneficiaries `
of any trust created hereunder can require a trustee sere-
. ing hereunder to comply with the foregoing requirements,
including the rendition of annual accountings to said bene-
ficiaries.

Each person or corporation becoming a successor trus-

tee hereunder shall accept said office in writing and shall `
be a trustee jointly with the surviving trustees immedi-
ately upon delivery of such written acceptance to any
surviving trustee, without the necessity of any other act,
conveyance or transfer. No bond shall ever be required of
i
any trustee hereunder unless a majority of the beneficiaries
would so require.
Any trustee at any time serving hereunder may resign
as trustee by delivering to any trustee hereunder (or to
any beneficiary hereunder, if for any reason there shall
be no trustee then serving) an instrument in writing signed
by the resigning trustee.
No purchaser or other person dealing with any trustee
or trustees purporting to act under any power of authority
~ granted in or given by any trustee in purported compliance
P with this Article V or any part or parts of it need be

concerned to inquire into the existence of facts upon which

such purported power or authority depends or into the 4
