COMES NOW the Personal Representative for the ESTATE
OF CLARENCE CAMPBELL, ELSIE CAMPBELL, the surviving spouse and
sole beneficiary and petitions this Court for an Order of
Family Administration, and in support thereof would state and
show:
(1) All the statements made in the Petition for'
Administration heretofore filed with this Court are hereby
incorporated herein as if fully set forth hereat.
(2) The sole beneficiary under the Last Will and
Testament of CLARENCE CAMPBELL is ELSIE CAMPBELL, the surviving
spouse.
(3) The value of the gross estate, for Federal
estate tax purposes, as of the date of death, is less than
Sixty thousand (60,000) dollars.
(4) The assets of the estate, for Federal tax
purposes, are as follows:
