(6) The Decedent's Last Will and Testament does not
direct administration as required by Chapter 733 of the Florida
Statutes pertaining to administration of Decedent's Estate.
(7) The only debts of the Estate are for medical
expenses not covered by Medicare or Commercial Insurance. They
are for Lawnwood Medical Center and Dr. Myer, and Dr. Costello.
The surviving spouse, as Personal Representative, has paid the
expenses of the funeral. Any remaining assets of the Estate
are exempt under the Constitution and laws of the state of
Florida.
(8) A proposed schedule of distribution is for all
assets of the Estate to be distributed to the surviving spouse,
ELSIE CAMPBELL.
Under the penalties of perjury, I declare that I have
read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best
of my knowledge and belief.
