THIS CAUSE having come'on before the Court upon
the Petition of ELSIE CAMPBELL, Personal Representative of
the Estate, and surviving spouse of CLARENCE F. CAMPBELL, t
for Family Administration, and the Court having considered
the same, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, ~ ~
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The assets of the Estate, consisting solely
of personal property of a value not in excess of the exemp-
tions provided by the Constitution and Statutes of the State
s
of Florida shall be distributed to ELSIE CAMPBELL, the sur-
viving spouse and sole beneficiary under the Will of CLARENCE
F. CAMPBELL, Deceased; :
- (2) The .ESTATE OF CLARENCE F. CAMPBELL is fully
E administered;
(3) The Personal Representative is hereby discharged.
