Florida Corporation, of P.O. Box 618, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457, the Grantees,
hereby on this 20th day of Nov. 19 78 conveys to the Grantee
the interests and estates in real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as
Unit Weeks 10 and 22 in Condominium C-14
consisting of Apartment Number C-14 ~ and its undivided
share of the common elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums I
as such is described in the amended Master Form Deed as
recorded in Official Records Book 256, Page 235.
This is not homestead property.
SUBJECT TO all terms, rights, conditions, covenants, restrictions and
.reservations as set forth in the said Master Form Deed and all things therein
referred to, and covenants that the property is free of all encumbances, and
lawful seisin of and good right to convey that property is vested in the Grantor,
and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
