ADENDUM TO LEASE WITH OPTION TO PURCHASE '

The parties have agreed to supplement and revise in part

the provisions of Paragraph 10 relating to the Lessee's
exercise of the o tion to '
p purchase, and the parties agree
that on or before April 14, 1979, the Lessor will furnish to

the Lessee's attorney an updated abstract of title, and the
TEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($10,000.00) DOLLAR consideration for
~ the option to purchase shall be paid by the Lessee and held

in trust by the Lessor's attorneys, Lloyd & Brown, pending .
examination of title which will be accomplished by May 1, 1979.
If no major title defects are found as the result of title
examination, Lessor's attorney shall be permitted to turn over
the TEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($10,000.00) DOLLARS to the
I Lessor on or after May 1, 1979. In the event of a major title
defect which can not be cured on or before May 1, 1979, the I
Lessor shall, at his option, have the right to return the
deposit to the Lessee and consider this entire Agreement null
and void.
