O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the 8th day of
November, 1978, upon the Petition of the Personal Representative,
for determination of heirs, and the Court having examined the
Petition, Assignments Of Interests and Deeds, and the Court finding
that all of the heirs have assigned and conveyed their interest
in said Estate to ADENZA BELLAMY KITT, and the Court being other-
wise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the heirs of the Decedent, RICHARD B. BELLAMY,
JR., at the time of his death, be, and are hereby determined to
have been, and to presently be,
