AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA.
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer duly authorized
in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgements
and administer oaths, this day personally appeared Charlie
Hendley, who upon first being duly sworn, deposes and says
as follows:
1. That he is not the same person as that Charlie
Hendley named as debtor in that certain judgement filed
against Charles Hendley by Eagle Finance. Affiant further
states that he owes no sums of money to Eagle Finance
Corporation.
FURTHER Affiant says not.
