BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Margaret
A. Bennett, who, upon first being duly sowrn, did depose and say that
she is one and the same person as Margaret A. Davis, who was named as
grantee in that certain Warranty Deed dated October 11, 1973, and filed
October 17, 1973 in 0. R. Book 219 page 2550, in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that she executed that certain mortgage
- to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated -
January 22, 1979, and recorded in 0. R. Book 302 page 1943 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
